FLAT ROOFING
We use High Performance Mineral Finish Systems for new build housing and refurbishments, along with warm deck roofing systems providing an eco-friendly roofing installation. Warm deck roofing also saves on heating cost and consists of a vapour control layer along with insulation boards ranging in thicknesses up to 200mm. A capsheet finishes the 20 year guaranteed roof surface. Lee Stiles Roofing are Approved Installers of this system along with other comprehensive roof covering systems.

RUBBER ROOFING
We are specialists in EPDM Flat Roofing systems. Unlike other materials, a EPDM roof does not suffer with cracks or splits caused by age. The EPDM roofing repels all moisture and “breathes” to allow vapours to escape, which prevents blisters from occurring. Despite its resilience it is easily moulded to blend in with the contours and shapes of your roof, accommodating sky lights, gutters and pipes.
Most residential roofs can be covered with one single sheet, thereby eliminating any laps or seams and preventing any chances of leakage. Firestone EPDM remains highly flexible, even at low temperatures, enabling year round installation. The membrane can elongate over 300% to accommodate building movements. Firestone EPDM requires no flame as the membrane is fully adhered to the substrate using a cold applied adhesive.
